The citizens of Loreaon find themselves in the enviable position of having complex technologies, allowing for them to enhance their daily lives. They also find themselves in the unenviable position of living in an obscure society where battling one another (commonly to the death) and constant combat weapon enhancements are the norms.
The best part about Loreaon is that the government doesn't care who moves-in. So residency is always available (although you usually end-up in the slums). And hey! Who wouldn't want to live in a world where Electromagnetic Interference Rays and Nuclear Side-Arm Propulsion Systems are common household discussions�
