Gladi eSports Manager

Gladi eSports Manager is a browser-based esports management sim. You don't aim - you manage.

What you do

• Build a roster. Scout free agents with fog-of-war, where hidden attributes are revealed by scouting, then negotiate transfers and manage wages, chemistry and stamina.
• Plan the game. Set a gameplan per map with role assignments, site preference, aggression, utility usage, fake frequency, rotation speed and eco discipline. The plan is drawn live on the map as you tune it.
• Watch it play out. Matches run live on a 2D radar with round win probability, an event feed and up to three tactical pauses per map. Past matches have full replays and box scores.
• Climb the circuit. Compete in Daily Cups and Weekly Leagues, with invite-only Majors and a yearly Main Tournament. Standing is earned from results over a rolling 84-day window and drives rankings, promotion and sponsors.
• A world that keeps running. The calendar, transfer market, world feed and rankings keep moving while you are away.

Gladi eSports Manager is in open playtest and is actively developed at v0.6.0. Feedback shapes what gets built next.
