Shadow City

Shadow City is a free multiplayer browser RPG where you live as one of the Hidden in an ordinary city. You choose what you are, pick Light or Dark, and move through streets, districts, and deeper layers that most people never see.

Who you are in the city

You are one of the Hidden: a mage, a witch or warlock, a vampire, or a werewolf, living among people who must never know. You pick Light or Dark, then walk the same streets as everyone else, and as everyone like you.

Your first night

Your first night starts at home. After that, the city is open, with travel by metro, foot, or taxi.

There are districts, a newspaper, and a gym if you want to train before you bleed for real. Magic is something you actually have to learn, not a single fireball with a new skin.

What lies deeper

Deeper than the street is the Nether, layers of the city most people cannot enter. The city looks ordinary until you learn how to see.

Conflict, crafting, and survival

You can hunt, and you can be hunted. Street fights break out, and you join your own Force or you do not.
