The Fishing Lands gets Halloween and random events

Catch 12 Halloween Fish in every water and sell them to the Marsh Witch for Soul Candles. The event also includes the Phantom of Black Water, event shop rewards, and quality-of-life improvements.

Every few hours, something unexpected happens in the Lands, and the quickest angler can take home a crate. The Random Events have also been updated with live fish and a new pixel-art redraw.
