Halloween has arrived in Pokémon Blaze Online! Version 2.5.8 is live in our free, non-commercial fan MMORPG, alongside the ongoing adventures across Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Jvaloh.
Step into the Spirit World
Speak to Magician Sapna in Sandgem Town to enter the Spirit World and begin this year's Halloween story. There are 45+ new Halloween forms, swarms, daily bosses, and Shadow Mewtwo with its own quest.
Shadow Pokémon appear only on the Halloween maps. Each one has a perfect 31 IV in either Attack or Special Attack. You can filter for them in your PC and the Trade House.
Halloween Dynamax Invasions introduce Frenzy: bosses cannot be knocked out during their opening minutes, giving arriving players time to score. Chat also warns you before an invasion starts.
More than an event
- Rebuilt Bag, Gem Store, Trade House and Crew Hall for phones and desktop, with resizable windows.
- Trade House improvements: edit listing prices, relist expired listings together, see offline sales and receive saved-search notifications.
- Bag improvements: custom colored categories and searches based on what items do.
- World Map: see Pokémon rarity and EV yields.
- Android improvements: performance work, app-switching disconnect fixes and fixes for trainers not responding until a relog.
- Quality-of-life fixes: Shiny Tracker Focus works with your own Swarm Flute swarm, Master Balls ask for confirmation, and there are new light dialog styles and tint settings.
The Hunt Competition runs 1–30 November. The Halloween Art Competition remains open until 15 November. A few event sprites are still being finished and will be added during the event.
