Project Zero-G

Zero-G is a persistent, single-shard Space MMO developed by a three-man team of veterans from the 90s MUD era. Tired of "airplanes in space" arcade mechanics, we built a simulation that respects the vacuum, the mass, and the mathematics of the cosmos.

Simulation and navigation

There is no "brake" button. Manage your mass-to-thrust ratio using Tsiolkovsky’s rocket equation. If you miss your burn, you miss your world.

We imported 1:1 scale topographic data from NASA’s LOLA and MOLA instruments. Navigate real lunar and martian landscapes, and land in the real Valles Marineris.

Colonization and conflict

Form a Venture to claim terrestrial quadrants. Build Earth Depots, set your own trade prices, and manage a player-driven logistics empire.

Defend the inner planets against a non-Newtonian threat utilizing Jump Drives. Loot rare alloys to fuel the global Alpha 5 research phase.

Disclosure: I'm an early supporter and daily alpha tester for Zero-G. That said, I'm sharing this because I think the game deserves more eyes on it. The small team here is doing an amazing job at creating a game that is already showing GREAT promise. Joy has continued to produce an incredible number of new systems in the game while maintaining an admirable level of stability. I have been amazed time and again when he drops a new update on us just days after the previous. Come join us!
