Nandonia is a free medieval city builder RPG that runs in your browser on desktop or phone. You claim land, gather resources, grow your cities, and send envoys across a shared world to trade, delve ruins, and investigate the world's wonders and mysteries.

How it plays

You claim land, gather resources, and grow your cities. The heart of the game is your envoys: characters you level up, shape with skill trees, and send across a shared world.

Envoys visit other players' cities, set up trade routes, invest in those cities, learn skills at Schools, and rest at Hotels. Every visit benefits both you and your host.

Envoys, ruins, and the world

Envoys explore the wilderness, discover ancient ruins and world wonders, and investigate the world's mysteries. The goal is to grow the cultural influence of your envoys and your cities, with leaderboards and achievements along the way.

Ruins are delved floor by floor, and each time you decide whether to go deeper. The first player to clear a ruin names it on the map, forever.

More than 900 lore fragments unravel the mysteries of a world remade by a cataclysm called The Twisting.

What to expect

It's idle-ish: resource collections run on cooldowns and envoy journeys take time, so you can check back a few times a day, or play actively if you prefer.

No combat. Nothing you build can be taken or destroyed by another player.
No ads, no download. Play without installing anything.
Gold. Buys cosmetics, conveniences, and extra land, never building levels, envoy levels, or story progress.
Sign-in. Sign in with Google or Apple and you're playing.
