“One of the interesting in-game choices is to make the soup-kitchen free-bread count independent of each of the cities. This means if you ask (and receive) a free bread from the soup kitchen in Spero - every other city will be aware you asked for free-bread. They'll be aggregately generous until the 30-day point ... in which case they'll all spontaneously know you used up all the free bread. However, although i'd prefer each city keep it's own counter, i'm just thankful. Being hungry sucks.”
