Great things are happening in MagicDuel.com. Avatar collectors can now expand their vault with a new +8 avatar slots upgrade, while custom gold avatars are being made again and rare tickets may later be exchanged for pet-related rewards.
If you've already unlocked gold avatars, keep an eye out for a special public meeting soon. A public meeting will be organized for eligible players who have already unlocked gold avatars.
Avatar slots upgrades
On Saturday, 22nd August '26, a new avatar slots upgrade was announced. You can get a +8 avatar slots upgrade from either the evolution shop or credits shop, but they're linked, so you can only buy one of the two available items.
This lets you store more avatars in your vault. With Eggy now able to draw unlimited custom avatars, collecting them should be easier.
Custom gold avatars are also being made again, including goldifying existing avatars. If you're interested, a public meeting will be organized for eligible players who have already unlocked gold avatars.
Opportunity to exchange tickets
Also announced on Saturday, 22nd August '26, top spender tickets and other rare tokens can later be exchanged for custom or personalized pet-related items. The examples given are colors and clothing.
More details will come when the pet feature is released. This also applies whether the ticket was originally granted or obtained through trade.
